A family-owned brewery serving exceptional, hand-crafted brews, Thirsty Crab has been an island institution since 2015. One of the first handcrafted brewers on the island, its tasting room is conveniently located just a short drive from the Clinton ferry terminal. Thirsty Crab offers guests a delightful selection of beers in a cozy and entertaining environment, serving up a must-visit destination that is unique to Whidbey Island. As they like to say, “come in for the suds and food, but stay because you just don’t want to leave.”

Great little brewery just off the ferry in Clinton. They had a big selection of their own taps (something for everyone). There is a food truck outside for food and they have trivia and other events during the week. I definitely recommend this spot and can’t wait to visit in the summer.

We have been here five times now and I am so impressed by the quality of the beer and food. I’ve tried six or seven different beers and have loved them all. Now they have a food truck. The cook really knows about bratwurst. They’ve done a top-notch job. What a great addition to South Whidbey!

Nice addition to the island. Beer was fresh and the small spot has live music. There is a Bratwurst food truck at the location if you are hungry. There is plenty of parking. Definity worth a stop.
