Listen to an educational lecture about oysters. Intro to professional oyster tasting methods using the free Sample Ox tasting app. Oyster shucking demonstration. Shuck and taste 3 different kinds of oysters that Salinity carries – a native Olympia oyster, and two Pacific oysters grown very differently in different bays.
